I'm a second year student at the University of Virginia studying
Computer Science and graduating in May 2027. I'm currently serving as
president of the Virginia AI Security Initiative and VP of
Education for Machine Learning @ UVA. My interests lie in exploring
policy and technical solutions to the problems that AI currently
poses and may pose in the future.
Outside of school and VAISI, I love running, reading, and strategy
board games.
Feel free to book a time or reach out by email if you ever want to
chat about anything above.

Organizing
Virginia AI Security Initiative
I'm currently serving as president of the Virginia AI
Security Initiative, where our mission is to mitigate
catastrophic risk from advanced AI. I'm also a
Pathfinder fellow,
through which I'm receiving mentorship and funding to help our
group.
This past semester, we have been aggressively scaling up
operations, running events like our recent AI Policy
Competition with over 50 competitors. We've also been running
an AI Governance Fellowship, multiple other events and
competitions, and a technical research team focused on
replicating important AI safety papers or exploring promising
research directions.
